Mike Mele, Vice Chairman, leads Cushman & Wakefield’s national Self-Storage Advisory Group, which represents clients ranging from private investors to large-scale REITs in the development, expansion, consolidation, acquisition and disposition of self-storage assets.
Mr. Mele began his career in self-storage investment sales in 1999 at Marcus & Millichap. He went on to build an industry leading team, which he brought to Cushman & Wakefield in 2019.
Based in Tampa, the 16-member, multi-market team has closed more than 350 self-storage transactions totaling more than $3.5 billion. In 2018 alone, the team closed 48 deals for 63 total properties in 16 states.
With two decades of experience as a self-storage advisor, Mr. Mele’s expertise and vast contributions to the industry have made him a key advisor in the self-storage market. He is consistently recognized by industry organizations as well as national and trade publications for his critical leadership, expertise and knowledge of the self-storage industry.
Luke Elliott is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield. He works exclusively with the firm’s national Self-Storage Advisory Group, which represents private clients, institutional investors and other financial institutions, advising them on acquisition tactics, and the strategic disposition of self-storage assets.
Mr. Elliott has partnered with owners for over 17 years, providing advisory and transactional expertise. He is a past-president of the third largest state self-storage association, and has been recognized as an expert in the self-storage marketplace by numerous industry-related groups, as well as national and trade publications.
He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, as part of a 16-person, multi-market team that was previously part of Marcus & Millichap. Robert Bloch is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he joined Marcus & Millichap in 2012 as an associate to the Firm’s Washington D.C office, rising to vice president investments in 2017. He has over 30 years of sales, management and business development experience, including 12 years as an Executive Investment Broker and 13 years as a Regional Manager and Director of Sales. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Grinnell College in Iowa. Mr. Bloch aims to provide investors with exceptional expertise on self-storage properties all over the East Coast.
Trey Hammond is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield with a specific focus on self storage in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Hammond was a Senior Associate at the Oklahoma office of Marcus & Millichap in 2011 as a self-storage specialist, bringing with him over five years of business development and brokerage experience. Mr. Hammond is a graduate of Oklahoma State University at Stillwater, Oklahoma with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering where he also earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) graduate degree.

Brian Fulton is a Senior Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s national Self-Storage Advisory Group, which represents private clients and institutional investors in the acquisition and disposition of self-storage assets around the country.
Mr. Fulton joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, as part of a 16-member, multi-market team that was previously part of Marcus & Millichap. He originally joined the team in 2014, and has since been involved in more than 100 successfully-completed deals for a sales volume exceeding $800 million. He has also underwritten over $4 billion in self-storage assets and examined the feasibility of over 200 development projects. In addition to his experience in investment sales, he brings 14+ years of financial experience to the team, specializing in the areas of valuation, cash flow modeling, research and analytics.
Before transitioning to brokerage, he served as a financial consultant advising construction companies, a portfolio manager for a Florida-based registered investment advisory firm, and as a consultant designing executive deferred compensation plans for numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Noah E. Obuchowski is a senior associate with The Mele Group of Cushman & Wakefield. He is based out of the Washington D.C. office with a focus on the self-storage market throughout the Northeast United States. Mr. Obuchowski joined the team directly after graduating Cum Laude from the University of Florida with degrees in real estate and business. In addition to his studies, he was a two-year captain for the UF Men’s Lacrosse team. Mr. Obuchowski continues his passion for lacrosse by competing in international tournaments and the world games as a defenseman for the Israel National Lacrosse Team.
Prior to arriving in Washington D.C. in February 2017 to expand the reach of the Mele Group, Mr. Obuchowski worked in Marcus & Millichap's Manhattan office. While in Manhattan, he was a team member of the New York Multifamily group, which is New York City’s leading multifamily investment sales team. Before working in the Manhattan office, Mr. Obuchowski started his tenure with Marcus & Millichap in 2015 in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. He worked with The Hunter Kristol Group, which was Marcus & Millichap’s highest-producing multifamily team in South Florida. Noah E. Obuchowski is an investment associate with The Mele Group of Cushman & Wakefield. He is based out of the Washington, D.C. office with a focus on the self-storage market throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Noah joined the team directly after graduating from the University of Florida where he studied real estate and business. In addition to his studies at the University of Florida, Noah was a two-year captain for the UF Men’s Lacrosse Team.
Christopher Powell is an investment associate with The Mele Storage Group of Cushman & Wakefield. He specializes in advisory services for self-storage assets across the Southeast. Chris graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a degree in Real Estate. He was also part of the UGA’s Georgia Bulldogs NCAA men’s swimming and diving team.
Chloe Strada is a Platform Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield’s national Self-Storage Advisory Group. Based in the firm’s Tampa office, she oversees day-to-day operations while assisting with deal management, from the proposal process to closing. She also works on special projects and data management.
Ms. Strada joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, as part of a 16-member, multi-market team that was previously part of Marcus & Millichap. She originally joined the team in 2015 and has since assisted in ensuring smooth transactions for over $600 million successfully-traded self-storage assets.

Kimberly was first introduced to a title insurance industry in 2003 when she joined a newly-formed title company in Tampa, Florida. Ms. Brothers built her career by gaining knowledge and experience, learning every aspect of the title industry by working for well-established private companies, builders, lenders and mortgage brokers.
